To capture the best media, the home must be camera ready upon arrival.

 

Exterior: Move all vehicles from the driveway and the front of the home. Sweep driveways, sidewalks, and patios. Put garbage cans, garden hoses, and toys out of sight. Ensure the lawn is mowed and flowerbeds are tidy.

 

Interior: Clear all counters, vanities, and nightstands. Remove magnets and photos from the fridge. Replace any burnt-out bulbs. I will adjust blinds and curtains for the best light upon arrival. Sweep, mop, or vacuum all floors. Dust all visible surfaces. Hide all trash cans, charging cords, and personal hygiene items. Make all beds neatly and ensure no clothing is visible.

 

Notes: Please crate pets or move them to a basement or garage during the shoot. Turn off all ceiling fans and televisions. Properties not ready upon arrival will be photographed as-is to maintain the daily schedule.

 

Please do not schedule any other services (Landscapers, movers...), the day of the appointment.
